Buying a home is one of the largest purchases you'll ever make, and you need a dedicated realtor to ensure that you understand the different steps and aspects of your pursuit of home ownership.
Hi, I’m Luisa — and if you’re here, chances are you’re thinking about making a move. Whether you’re buying your first place, growing into something bigger, looking for a great investment property, or exploring your rental options, I want you to know: I see you, and I’m here to help.
Real estate isn’t just my career — it’s a personal mission. I’ve lived in Weston for over 25 years and built my business by helping people across Toronto’s west end and nearby communities find homes where they can truly feel at ease. I believe that where you live shapes your life, and you deserve a space that reflects who you are and where you’re going next.
Before real estate, I spent 15 years in sales and marketing at Sony Music. It was exciting, fast-paced, and full of lessons — the biggest being that relationships matter more than transactions. When I became a realtor in 2013, I brought that same energy with me. I’m not here to “sell” you anything. I’m here to listen, guide, and protect your interests — whether you’re buying, selling, renting, or investing.
I come from a construction background, so I tend to notice the things others overlook. I’ll walk through a home with a sharp eye and a practical mindset — pointing out potential, hidden costs, or value others might miss. I also love creative marketing and thinking outside the box, especially when it comes to helping your home stand out in a competitive market.
But above all, I care about the experience you have working with me. I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner — someone who listens, advocates, and never uses their situation against them. In a world where people sometimes feel like just another deal, I want you to feel like you matter. Because you do.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me at local events like the Weston Farmer’s Market, Neighbourhood Night Out, or spending time on the Humber Trail. I love curling, golfing, gardening, and travelling — especially cruising. I’m also involved with the Weston Residents Association and local historical groups, because I believe that understanding where we live makes us better neighbours.
If we work together, you’re not just getting a realtor — you’re getting someone who genuinely wants the best for you. Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or renting in the Toronto real estate market, I’m ready when you are.
Warmly,
Luisa

Your city is a sophisticated and changing market, so you need a good realtor on your side to ensure your home is sold for the best price and terms; in the shortest time. Preparing and understanding that process is also key in your success.
